Old Republic Surety Company, headquartered in Brookfield, Wisconsin, ranks among the nation's top underwriters of contractors' performance and payment bonds, miscellaneous surety, and commercial fidelity, offering thousands of types of bonds. We have a network of nearly 4,000 independent insurance agencies that are experienced, highly-regarded agents and brokers. Our appointed agency network markets our surety and financial indemnity products throughout the United States. We are very proud of our reputation within the insurance industry as a reliable, reputable and stable surety company.Our nationwide network of branch offices is strategically positioned to service the strong relationships we have with our appointed agents. We have dozens of underwriters in the field listening to customer needs who are attuned to legislative changes in the marketplace and are a direct link to home office underwriting for more complex programs or needs.
Our headquarter's office located in Brookfield, WI consists of a large Agency Services department that maintains our BONDSTARTM system, assures the accuracy of bond configurations and quickly responds to branch requests. Also based at our home office is our Underwriting, Claims, Accounting, Human Resources, Marketing and Executive Staff.
