Job Description

We are currently seeking a Manager, Product Management - Recruiting with a deep understanding of the talent acquisition space to lead and manage a team of product managers. We are looking for someone who is passionate about building an experience to help the hiring team attract, find, engage and hire new talent. As Recruiting is part of our unified platform, you will collaborate across application and tools teams that support a large number of live customers globally. In addition, you will participate in customer facing meetings and user conferences as a product expert. This position is based in our Pleasanton, CA headquarters.

 

What skills are needed to be successful:

  • At least 5 years Product Management experience with   specific   talent acquisition domain knowledge
  • 2+ years experience managing and inspiring a team
  • Deep knowledge of   talent acquisition challenges and best practices, including:  screening and selection, sourcing, compliance, partner integrations and candidate engagement
  • Experience with Workday is highly desired
  • Experience with SaaS is highly desired
  • Experience with other talent acquisition platforms and technologies is highly desired
  • Experience with scrum and other agile development methods is a plus
  • BS / BA degree
