Spa Receptionist - Part Time - Beau Rivage

THE JOB:

As a Spa Receptionist, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by performing a variety of clerical and administrative duties. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING PAY: $13.50 (plus service charge plus 3% commission)

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Provide a warm and friendly welcome to spa guests.
• Assist all guests with Spa and/or Salon appointments, and check guests in and out of the facility.
• Provide sincere, enthusiastic, quality, and consistent customer service to the spa and salon clients.
• Create exceptional customer service experiences and assist guests with questions, ensuring professional and courteous behavior to all guests and employees.
• Manage the daily cash bank and retain knowledge of the spa/salon software system.
• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades, and retail products.

• Shows a strong understanding of spa/salon software systems.
