THE JOB:

The Table Games Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of assigned table games and personnel. This role includes ensuring accurate reconciliation of table accounts and delivering exceptional guest service. All tasks must be performed in compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as company and departmental policies and procedures.

STARTING RATE:$37.72 an hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Ensure each game is dealt with high proficiency and superior customer service is provided to guests.

• Observe guest activity and inform management when adjustments to open table games are necessary.

• Objectively and accurately assess and rate players according to departmental policy.

• Ensure proper bankroll levels to accommodate current or anticipated play.

• Accurately reconcile table accounting, maintain integrity, and manage card/dice and all gaming equipment.

• Confirm the accuracy of all documents and adherence to all procedures.

• Notify the Pit Manager and/or Shift Manager immediately of any unusual high-limit play or suspected equipment damage/tampering.

• Preform other job-duties as requested.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

• 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in casino operations, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
