Description

The Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator (Assistant CRC)
assists the Clinical Research Coordinator and/or Senior Clinical Research
Coordinator in contributing to the overall operational management of clinical
research/trial/study activities. The Assistant CRC recognizes and performs
necessary tasks to assist the Clinical Research Coordinator and/or Senior
Clinical Research Coordinator in managing projects and prioritizing work to
meet necessary deadlines. The Assistant CRC will support the Clinical Research
Coordinator and/or Senior Clinical Research Coordinator in planning and
organizing necessary tasks to ensure adherence to the study protocol and
applicable regulations. The responsibilities outlined in the job description
provide a general overview of duties and tasks performed by Assistant Clinical
Research Coordinators.

This is a part-time, limited position that may convert to career.

Salary Range: $27.08 - $43.55 Hourly

Qualifications

Required:

  • Ability to work
    efficiently and complete tasks with thoroughness and accuracy.

  • Strong verbal and
    written communication skills along with strong interpersonal skills to
    effectively establish rapport, and build relationships.

  • Strong organizational
    capabilities.

  • Skills sufficient to
    solve problems and identify solutions.

  • Ability to adapt to
    changing job demands and priorities; work flexible hours to accommodate
    research deadlines.

  • Ability to respond to
    situations in an appropriate and professional manner.

  • Ability to concentrate
    and focus in a work environment that contains distracting stimuli and competing
    deadlines.

  • Ability to be flexible
    in handling work delegated by more than one individual.

  • Typing and computer
    skill/ability including word-processing, use of spreadsheets, email, data
    entry.

  • Ability to navigate
    numerous software programs and applications.

  • Ability to handle
    confidential material information with judgement and discretion.

  • Skill in coordinating
    information transfer among multiple constituents.

Preferred:

  • Experience in a Health
    Care Setting.
