Position Responsibilities

Are you passionate about building relationships and solving challenges? We are on the lookout for a dynamic individual to enhance our team and advance their professional journey. As a Principal Accounting Support Analyst, you can expect to:

  • Play a pivotal role in addressing our customers' inquiries and concerns regarding the Vantagepoint product via phone, chat, and email.
  • Work collaboratively with customers, engineers, product managers and senior staff to navigate complex issues to a satisfactory resolution.
  • Participate in ongoing training of Vision and Vantagepoint to better support our customers with their upgrades and implementations.
  • May mentor or assist junior analysts with inquiries and case ticket resolutions.
  • Clearly documents all customer interactions through Deltek's case tracking system based on current policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience with Deltek Vision and/or Vantagepoint required.
  • 5+ years of experience in a role focused on customer service principles and practices.
  • 5+ years of experience with MS Office Programs (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • 5+ years of experience with general accounting in AP, AR, Billing and General Ledger.
Other Qualifications:
  • Excellent listening, problem analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment which is fast paced with shifting priorities
  • Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly
  • Strong troubleshooting, researching and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills as well as a desire to develop these skills
  • US Citizenship is Required for this role.

Compensation Information

The U.S. salary range for this position is $66500.00 - $99750.00. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including incentive compensation and equity.
