EisnerAmper is seeking an ERP Integration consultant within the Technology Department. This role will focus on Supporting of NextGen ERP solutions for the office of the CTO. We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and solution-focused individual that can collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. This position is located in our Iselin, NJ office and we operate in a hybrid work environment.

This individual will be responsible for supporting EAG's ERP transformation to SAP S/4 HANA and daily operational activities. The ability to solution in end-to-end integration space including cloud, on-premise and hybrid scenarios will be critical to achieving success in this role. Equally important will be the ability to work and understand multiple integration technology projects including SAP CPI, SAP PO / PI, Mulesoft, etc.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:
  • Plan, implement, support, administer and/or monitor SAP integration solutions and middleware for on-prem, cloud or hybrid scenarios.

  • Design and implementation of on prem and cloud operation procedures, automation, and monitoring (messages, adapter logs, adapter engine status, communication channels etc.) for SAP and other cloud technologies. IDocs, ALE configuration, Partner profiles, Ports, Enhancements, error processing, troubleshooting. Must understand S/4HANA, SAP Integration Architecture and other related setup.

  • Design and develop interfaces based on SAP Cloud Integration, SAP Process Orchestration and SAP API Management.

  • Integrating SAP systems with Cloud applications such as SAP S4HANA, SAP CPI /BTP, SAP PI / PO, Concur, Workday, NetSuite, Hubsync, Salesforce, etc., especially in the context of Integration Design, API provisioning, API Management, interface, Security Architecture, and related SAP Cloud Platform services.

  • Ability to establish solid working relationships with business teams to understand the business requirements and plan technology architecture and solutions in line with SAP best practices.

  • Ability to identify solution gaps and develop gap closure options. Strong analytical skills, results oriented and effectiveness in problem-solving.

  • Working closely with project team members at different technical knowledge levels and across diverse geographical locations.

  • Support system administration of Replicon

  • Work independently with a high level of quality, speed, reliability, and efficiency.

  • Drive and take ownership for developing connections that help deliver what is best for our people and stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor or equivalent degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or engineering.

  • Experienced in managing large scale ERP / SAP Implementation

  • 3+ years working experience in large scale ERP implementation/Support SAP CPI as platform for integrations with systems like Workday, Hubsync, NetSuite, Salesforce, SuccessFactors, CONCUR, Profinda, COUPA / ARIBA

  • Hands on delivery experience in the domain of Professional Services and Integrated Systems for large enterprise

  • Flexibility to travel locally and internationally.

Preferred/Desired Qualifications
  • Professional services experience and cloud products integration

  • Experience in delivering large scale implementations.

  • Candidates that have worked in an international business setting and have experience with and passion for working in diverse teams.
