So, take the first step in what is sure to be a fast - paced and highly diversified career. This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (7:00am - 8:00pm CST). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. We offer 10 weeks of paid training. The hours during training will be 8am to 4:30pm CST, Monday - Friday. 100% attendance required. Call training and plan advisor training incorporated into that 10 weeks and start taking calls after that. Future Training: After they are comfortable/ proficient on taking calls they will go back in for claims training (4 weeks). After training they will start processing claims and on 0 check for 13 weeks or until they are successful completing claims buckets. Training will be conducted virtually from your home. *All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy. Primary Responsibilities:

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Washington or Rhode Island Residents Only: The hourly range for California / Colorado / Connecticut / Hawaii / Nevada / New York / New Jersey / Washington / Rhode Island residents is $16.54 - $32.55 per hour. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
