Responsible for the marketing, sales, administration, processing of all Bruker AXS service agreements in North America. Provide support and training on the positioning and selling, of service agreements with instruction on how to properly use the quoting tool.



Responsibilities

    Actively contact the customer base to negotiate the sale of service agreements
  • Continually follow up with customers by phone and email to ensure closing contract sale is complete before lapse of warranty or previous contract
  • Convert billable service events to service agreement sales
  • Market and expand the 24/7/365 Support business
  • Issue service agreement proposals to customers
  • Assist instrument salespersons with sold with system service agreements
  • Receive and process customer purchase orders
  • Use of BrukerSupport.com to manage agreements and sales process
  • Continuous updating of the customer data base in the SAP system
  • Utilize BrukerSupport.com Sales Report to identify sales opportunities and update supervisors on sales success
  • Create marketing programs for service agreements to attract specific groups of customers
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by manager or supervisor
  • Collaboration with the marketing & communications team to develop sales & marketing materials, and advertising messaging


Qualifications

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • 100% Contract sales and administration

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Experience with customer service communications and excellent phone skills. Knowledgeable with CRM, ERP MS Office and other programs associated with the tracking and processing of sales processes.

EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Associate degree in Marketing or Communications (or equivalent experience) with sales experience.

At Bruker, base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between $56,857 and $80,733 and provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base salary for the role will depend on a several job-related factors, including, but not limited to education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge and travel requirements for this position. Full-time employees may also be eligible for a performance-related incentive in addition to a full range of benefits including 401(k) with company match, an employee stock purchase plan, medical and dental plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, employee assistance program and paid time off including vacation, sick time and holidays, and more.
