Responsibilities

The Customer Experience and Quoting Specialist serves as the face of Bruker BioSpin to our internal and external customers. This position is responsible for ensuring a positive and supportive Customer Experience is the core focus from initial inquiry to order entry to cash communication.

    Provide internal Sales & Service Quoting support
  • Responsible to receive, track all incoming inquiries from our internal & external customers.
  • Prequalify and assign the inquiries to the relevant parties.

Sales & Service Support:

  • Support by creating quotations (accessories, spare parts, consumables, service agreements, relocations, repairs, & any billable service)
  • Work closely with the team of technical experts to ensure feasibility of quotes when necessary.
  • Document Support (collect, fil-in, submission of external or internal documents required by customers and / or auditors)

External Customers Inquiries:

  • Monitor & prequalify all incoming inquiries (understand requests received by phone, emails, or others)
  • Collect and document data (Contact details, system details, topic...)
  • Assign inquiry to the relevant party (Sales, Service, others...)
  • Support with end-to-end communication

Ensure close cooperation with the order processing team

Develop excellent working knowledge of Bruker products

Perform other tasks as required.



Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Minimum 3 years business administration work experience within a high technology life science or NMR work environment
  • Advanced computer proficiency with MS Office Suite and hands on experience with SAP, CRM software, SalesForce.com
  • Excellent verbal, written, and personal communication and presentation skills with oral and written fluency in English language
  • Proven multi-tasking and problem-solving skills with ability to communicate in a positive and constructive manner with people at all levels
  • Flexibility to support working hours which may be influenced by need to complete the job
  • Creative thinker with a decision-ready attitude to achieve
  • Natural team player with a excellent attention to detail, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player in a rapidly changing and diverse, multi-national commercial work environment
  • An outgoing and likeable personality with a high degree of personal integrity

  • Act in accordance with environmental, health and safety policy and ISO 14001 / OHSAS 18001 to ensure health and safety, review and minimize the environmental impact of activities, products and services, and comply with the requirements of relevant country and local laws and regulations.
  • Comply with the Bruker Code of Conduct, Company Policies and Practices.
  • Ability to satisfactorily complete position training requirements.
  • Valid Driver License in good standing, issued by resident state required.
  • U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident status required.
  • Maintain a valid passport with flexibility for domestic and international travel.
  • May be required to pass security clearance investigation.
