MESA Program Coordinator Ctr for Sci. Ed. & Outreach Full Time 78130BR Job Summary The MESA Program Coordinator works closely with the MESA Director to lead the UCSF MESA College Prep Program, serving middle and high school students and teachers across Bay Area Counties. UCSF MESA College-Prep Program provides academic outreach and hands-on, real-world opportunities to explore science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). MESA coordinates STEM academic and admissions advising services, programming, and outreach services to prospective first-year students, parents, and underserved communities with predominately high first-generation college students. Since 1999, The Center for Science Education and Outreach has provided programs and services that lead to student academic success, increased college-going rates and exploration of various STEM careers for the students and schools we serve.
