Job Description
Job Purpose The Strategic Analytics team is responsible for product and customer analytics, company-wide data uniformity, data consolidation and senior executive requested analyses. The Quantitative Financial Analyst - Strategic Analytics position will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and performing companywide analytical initiatives. You will be responsible for assisting the global Sales teams to analyze and maintain ICE's Market Maker rebate programs in the futures and options markets. Serving as the primary liaison between Sales, Finance teams, and the supporting software-development teams, you will lead and coordinate the translation of program definitions into system configurations and other technical requirements, to calculate and distribute monthly rebate payments. The successful candidate will work on new and exciting projects in close collaboration with teams that include ICE Executives, Sales, Marketing and Account Management, Business Development, Data Warehouse, Finance, and other key stakeholders. The individual must be results-oriented and team-focused with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must be self-motivated to help drive initiatives the team will own. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills as well as decision-making ability. Responsibilities
