Talent Acquisition Specialist
Overview Responsible for high volume recruiting and the strategic sourcing of talent that are aligned with the organization's business needs as it relates to staffing trends and best practices. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that the organization is recruiting, attracting and retaining the best possible talent. This is a hybrid role, with some standard days required in the Orlando office, as well as occasional in state travel for required matters. Executes the Talent Acquisition plan in meeting the objectives of the organizational strategies and business needs through Full Cycle Recruitment
Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university and one (1) to three (3) years related experience or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience.
