Your Contribution * Process and review reports necessary for the monthly billing cycle. * Verify project setups align the terms of the contract. * Produce monthly invoices to clients. * Prepare government forms for invoices and add required back up as needed. * Prepare reports and analyze and interpret financial information for projects. * Review and update revenue on all assigned projects each month. * Prepare and input monthly journal entries as required. * Maintain and update the project and billing modules of the accounting system (Deltek) as needed. * Participate in the monthly review of corporate financial statements. * Work daily with project managers to ensure accurate revenue and client invoices each month. * Interact with external clients regarding billing issues. * Manage daily, weekly, monthly priorities as needed while meeting billing/revenue deadlines each month. * Other duties may be assigned.
