Job Description:

• The SNOW Developer will be responsible for application sustainment support, as well as development of future capabilities and integrations.
• Standard activities may include daily system monitoring, performing ServiceNow upgrades, importing update sets for synchronization, and coordinating among different project teams and the client.
• The environment is located within the AWS cloud, so familiarity of operating within a cloud landscape is preferred. It is a client facing role, and good communication and organizational skills are required.

Skills:

• Develops the application including configuration, report development and data migration, where applicable
• Performs custom development (as required) and 3rd party integrations
• Carries out unit-testing and defect resolution
• Assists with technical design and documentation
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in ServiceNow that support business requirement
