Role and Responsibilities:

* Oversee the planning execution and completion of projects related to Biovia ELN Labware or any LIMS ensuring they meet company standards and objectives.

* Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.

* Implement project management best practices to minimize risks and ensure project success.

* Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders providing regular updates on project status.

* Analyze project requirements and ensure that resources are allocated effectively.

* Facilitate problem-solving sessions to address project challenges.

* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.

* Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned.

* Foster a collaborative project environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

* Utilize expertise in Biovia ELN Labware or any LIMS to guide project decisions and outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

* Must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in project management with a preference for those with experience in the Research and Development domain.

* Strong technical proficiency in Biovia ELN Labware or any LIMS is required.

* Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills are essential.

* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

* Experience in the Research and Development domain is a plus but not mandatory.

* A proactive approach to project management and the ability to anticipate project needs.

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

* Strong organizational and time management skills are crucial for success in this role.

Technical Skills: Biovia ELN Labware any LIMS.

Domain Skills: Any LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems.
