Requisition Summary

The Credits & Returns Analyst is responsible for processing dealer claim/credit requests per Division Policies and Department Guidelines. Credits & Returns Analyst will validate credit requests and work with PACCAR Distribution Centers (PDC), Suppliers, and Internal Departments to ensure claims are processed accurately and timely.

Job Functions / Responsibilities
  • Review and validate dealer claim requests
  • Process Direct Shipment Product(DSP) and PDC and supplier credits
  • Respond to Dealer inquiries and calls
  • Process daily and monthly parts returns
  • Communicate and Support Stakeholders (PDC's/Suppliers/Product Marketing) and reviewing backlog
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree or actively pursuing
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • The ability to work independently and to make decisions based on department policies and procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer service orientation
  • Must have the ability to multi task and manage changing priorities, work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary Range:

At PACCAR, we value talent and promote growth and development. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for this position is $57,600.00 - $78,980.00 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
