The Medicare Communications Assistant will support the communications team with editing and project management of a variety of Medicare communications materials. This is a 5-month assignment beginning May 2023 through end of September 2023. This person must have superior editorial skills and a strong attention to detail.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
  • Associates degree required. 2 years relevant experience may be substituted for degree
  • Ability to proofread and edit materials for accuracy, completeness, grammar, and format
  • Excellent time-management skills; must be capable of meeting established deadlines
  • Must have project management skills and be able to handle multiple assignments with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Individual must be flexible, organized, motivated, and able to work independently
  • Professional demeanor dealing with both internal and external clients is a must
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week
  • Experience with Share Point and/or ServiceNow a plus
