Responsibilities

The general purpose of this position is to provide key input and support in the day-to-day management and maintenance of client derivatives portfolios. Working alongside senior members of the Portfolio Management team, Senior Analysts have a number of key responsibilities including monitoring portfolio risk exposures and performance, ensuring consistency amongst portfolios, allocating securities trades in portfolios, and providing analysis of client portfolios and the investments that they hold.



Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree required
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience with financial derivatives
  • Professional trading experience
  • Experience working with and analyzing financial data from a variety of data sources such as Bloomberg
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Working knowledge of financial markets (particularly fixed income and derivatives) and industry conventions
  • High degree of aptitude in quantitative and analytical thinking
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment
  • Driven to perform at a high level under pressure and time constraints
