Join our team as a Machine Operator I.

This position is ONSITE based in Nashua, NH.

You Will:



  • Responsible for operating HAAS CNC machine
  • Responsible for loading & unloading parts
  • Responsible for changing offsets in the machine if needed
  • Responsible for properly loading programs to the machines
  • Responsible for tool changes & setting tools
  • Responsible for supporting and reporting issues to team lead/supervisor
  • Follows all processes and procedures during the shift, escalates problem areas to shift team lead/supervisor as appropriate
  • Ensure jobs are run in a timely manner to ensure on-time delivery
  • Responsible for quick turnaround of parts and accuracy within established guidelines
  • Responsible for ensuring completion of operator PMs during shift
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent


Bonus points for:



  • Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools to ensure correct tolerances
  • Previous experience in a CNC manufacturing facility


Physical Demands:

While performing the essential duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use a computer keyboard, monitor and mouse, telephone and printer. Stand or sit for the entire shift. Lift up to 70 pounds waist high, carry up to 70 pounds alone. Essential job duties require reaching, bending, and grasping. Able to read machine-shop gages and indicators.

Work Environment:

Indoors (A/C); nonsmoking; the majority of this job function is performed in a manufacturing setting requiring normal safety precautions (eye protection and hearing protection). Occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and in high, precarious places and is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
