Staff HR Processing Lead HR Staff Full Time 77906BR Job Summary Under the direction of the HR Processing Supervisor, the HR Processing Lead has the primary responsibility to organize, analyze, validate, and enter all human resources and payroll data transactions into the unified payroll database. The HR Processing Lead: critically evaluates the information gathered from multiple sources, reconciles conflicts and research inconsistencies in information; proactively identifies and resolves HR processing issues; independently advises employees on standard HR practices and procedures; and resolves problems when clear procedures exist. The HR Processing Lead is responsible for processing complex payroll transactions, including the reconciliation and calculation of retroactive payroll adjustments.
