Job Description

Based in Miami, the Manager will be a member of the Business Planning Operations (BPO) team within Visa LAC's Commercial and Money Movement Solutions (CMS) unit. The team plays a key role in shaping Visa's multi-year CMS strategy, leading strategic initiatives, driving the annual planning process, providing business insights and analytics, and delivering ongoing performance reporting. The ideal candidate brings a well-rounded analytic, strategic, and get things done skill set to drive and support business operational imperatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support business planning, strategy development and tracking business performance

  • Support preparation of materials, including monthly business reporting, and ad hoc requests including presentations. Analyze data to inform insights and actions

  • Carry out sales pipeline review and monitor and promote sales excellence

  • Support the Multi-year Strategic Outlook process for CMS LAC units, including data collection and analytical support, communications and project management efforts

  • Support the annual planning process for CMS LAC units in partnership with CMS Finance

  • Monitor team budget and expenses, including forecasting and monthly reporting

  • Support internal communication needs, as needed

  • Frame and conduct analyses and research needed to support the CMS strategic initiatives, develop fact-based quantitative analysis to support recommendations

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

* 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications:

* 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD

* Analytical mindset with keen sense on numbers and attention to detail

* Project management skills and strong execution capability to deliver against tight deadlines

* Excellent collaborator eager to work with personnel of all levels to drive team objectives

* Ability to communicate compelling messages to executives, excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities in both English and Spanish

* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including in Excel and PowerPoint

* Strong financial acumen and ability to partner with all divisions of Finance

* Self-confident and hands-on, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced and constantly changing work environment, ready to juggle and complete multiple tasks

* Ability to learn quickly, deal with complexity and ambiguity

* Payments industry experience preferred

* Prior experience in management consulting is a plus

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 112,500.00 to 163,050.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
