Clinical Social Worker Supervisor Psych-ZSFG-Adult-CWCM Full Time 77678BR Job Summary The Clinical Supervisor will work closely with the Program Director to support the clinicians around providing a high caliber of services to consumers and to meeting our program objectives. The incumbent will support and supervise a team of clinicians providing case management and crisis intervention in Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) Single Room Occupancy Hotels (SROs). The incumbent will support the execution of this new program per our contract and MOU with partners. The incumbent will supervise 4 clinicians and support them in providing clinical case management, crisis intervention and housing retention services to the residents of SROs throughout San Francisco. The incumbent will also facilitate intakes and the assignment of referrals. Coordinating service delivery, training opportunities and consultation with our community partners is also a function of the Clinical Supervisor and other duties as assigned. An offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate AND the current salary level of individuals working at UCSF in a similar role. For roles covered by a bargaining unit agreement, there will be specific rules about where a new hire would be placed on the range.
