Seneca Global Services, LLC is seeking an eHRa Acquisition Specialist to work remotely in support of our government customer.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



  • Develop, analyze, monitor, and/or update Non-Major Acquisition Process (NMAP) documents.
  • Review, analyze, and provide recommendations regarding other directorate inputs for NMAP documents.
  • Develop and present reports regarding updates to the NMAP documents.
  • Prepare briefing packages for NMAP documentation discussions with key stakeholders.
  • Prepare briefing packages for presentation to the Executive Oversight Council (EOC) to request authorization to proceed through Systems Engineering Lifecycle phases (SELC).
  • Provide guidance and description of the necessary documents, events, testing, etc. needed to be completed before requesting authorization to proceed through the SELC "gates."
  • Provide full system engineering life-cycle support with research, data gathering, and execution in the areas of solution design/build, integration, and deployment with CG current/future architectures.
  • Provide architectural/system engineering reviews and analyses to validate proposed designs can be integrated with current/future architectures; ensure system documentation are compliant with various agencies' IT, Cyber, hardware, logistics, and enterprise architecture guidance.
  • Provide technical solution(s) to engineering problems.
  • Draft, update, and maintain design/integration documentation/artifacts of systems and associated enterprise architectures in accordance with the DoD Architectural Framework (DoDAF) to include but not limited to flowcharts, drawings, databases.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the requirements and testing teams to perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, risk analysis, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems solutions.
  • Track/update on progress of all Technical Integration efforts.
  • Coordinate with other CG units and offices as well as other Agencies to negotiate and reach consensus agreement on local plans for changes to IT systems and deployment/installation of new systems.



Minimum Qualifications:



  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working in a support role for a Federal Government Agency Acquisition Project Management Office (PMO).
  • Strong experience working with Electronic Health Record solutions is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with a Shared Service Provider is preferred.
  • Experience with an IT acquisition program is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience developing and writing acquisition and system development lifecycle documents, including but not limited to Program Management Plan (PMP), Integrated Master Schedules, and Acquisition Plan.
  • At least 5 years of experience developing, maintaining, and updating Microsoft Project (or equivalent) schedules.
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in appropriate business or technical discipline is required.



Desired Qualifications:



  • Use of either the DoD 5000 Acquisition Guide, or the Coast Guard NMAP (also an Acquisition guide).
  • Prior work within an Acquisition PMO.
  • Strong familiarity in formatting documents in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records is a huge plus.
