What the day will look like

  • Researching and analyzing competitive compensation practices for client engagements
  • Complete job evaluations, perform benchmarking assessments, and design cash and equity solutions
  • Hands-on involvement in proprietary survey data analysis and strategic recommendations
  • Guide simultaneous projects through multiple interim steps, completing work fully and on schedule
  • Engaging in diverse projects across high-growth industries
  • Administer and update compensation and financial databases
  • Opportunity for regular interaction with peer and senior level teammates

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
  • Great teammate with independent work capability
  • Involvement in extracurricular activities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Desire to learn and embody Aon's values: integrity, client commitment, and community dedication
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills (regression analysis, R, STATA)

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree with preference for majors related to: Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Industrial Labor Relations, Industrial Organization, Operations Research, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, and Data Science, and other math-based majors
  • Rising senior, graduating between December 2024 - June 2025

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $20.50 to $25.50 per hour. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

Aon offers a benefits package for temporary and seasonal employees who will work 20 or more hours per week including: medical, dental, and vision insurance at the employee's expense, critical illness insurance, 10 Company holidays per calendar year (paid, if eligible), paid sick leave as provided under state and local law, and a 401(k) savings plan with employer contributions. Eligibility for benefits are governed by the applicable plan documents and policies.
