Logistics Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY:

The Logistics Coordinator I serves as the single point of contact for the Field Team, Customer Care, Operations Centers, and Carriers.This is a patient focused roll that provides behind the scenes support to the patient facing teams of Novocure.

This is a full-time, non-exempt, remote position tied to the Portsmouth office that will report to the Logistics Coordinator Supervisor. Possibility for travel.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Transact DSS inventory to patients.
• Monitor outbound orders, carrier exceptions and escalations when necessary.
• Collaborate with Field Team, Customer Care, Tech Complaints, Operations Centers, carriers, and other external parties to resolve order issues.
• Run daily order reports as assigned.
• Assist in annual USOC/USOCII physical inventory.
• Understand hazmat shipments and labeling in accordance with DOT/IATA regulations to be able to provide support to the field team.
• Complete all assigned training tasks by their due date.
• Adhere to HIPPA rules and regulations.
• In addition to the above, other duties may be assigned from time to time by the company.

QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE:

• 1-2 years Call Center Customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP preferred.
• Ability to use typical software packages (MS Office, MasterControl, Agile, SAP, etc.) with minimal training.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Remarkable organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team driven and able to work with various departments, internally and externally.
• Able to execute responsibilities with minimal direct supervision.
• Capable of grasping new concepts quickly and can adjust in a rapidly growing work environment.
