Job Description Overview

All Covered is seeking an experienced and strategic B2B marketing leader to join our team as the Director of Customer Marketing. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies that focus on client retention, account growth, and customer advocacy within the managed IT services industry. Working closely with the Customer Success team, you will lead a growing marketing function and play a pivotal role increasing our customers experience with the All Covered brand. Responsibilities

* Develop and deliver a comprehensive customer marketing strategy aligned with business goals of client retention, growth, and advocacy within the managed IT services sector.
* Support the client retention goal through the implementation of multi-channel communication, engagement, and content plans.
* Develop and execute strategies to deepen customer relationships and enhance overall satisfaction.
* Collaborate with portfolio marketing to support growth and product adoption goals through creative campaigns, messaging, and enablement initiatives.
* Ensure effective communication and promotion of new products and services to existing clients.
* Scale client advocacy, Turn passionate customers into public champions, creating a competitive advantage in the market.
* Lead and manage a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
* Utilize a well-rounded understanding of different marketing channels, including events, to create segmented, multi-channel engagement strategies that deepen customer relationships.
* Interact and engage comfortably with senior and executive-level clients, establishing strong relationships.
* Be a master storyteller, translating complex topics into simple, inspiring narratives that resonate with the target audience.
* Develop actionable and outcome-oriented marketing plans aligned with the business direction, contributing to the overall success of All Covered.


Qualifications

* Bachelors - preferably in marketing or communication related field
* 10+ years of experience in marketing ideally within a B2B environment

* Experience in a fast-growing technology company, bonus points for experience in digital managed IT services.
* Experience owning and running marketing at scale and delivering measurable results.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal and influencing skills.
* Strong passion and empathy for customers.
* Operational and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to define and set up key operational processes to track and report on success outcome metrics.
* Ownership mentality and proven ability to meet deadlines, work collaboratively with others, and ensure high quality deliverables and outcomes.
* Be able to ruthlessly prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with technologies that make the role successful.
