All Covered is seeking an experienced and strategic B2B marketing leader to join our team as the Director of Customer Marketing. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies that focus on client retention, account growth, and customer advocacy within the managed IT services industry. Working closely with the Customer Success team, you will lead a growing marketing function and play a pivotal role increasing our customers experience with the All Covered brand.
