Job DescriptionJob Description The Sr Manager, Sales Strategy will support the strategy development for LAC with deep market analysis and insights. They will coordinate for the financial and planning cycle and ensure a perfect execution of Visa Added Services (VAS) strategy through performance tracking, developing scorecards and dashboards that provide an acute picture of the area results, and enable the adoption of corrective actions when needed. They will actively participate in cross-functional projects that relate to seller-side strategy. They will collaborate with regional business leaders to implement and coordinate systems and procedures, and interface with regional and global Sales Operations and Sales enablement business partners. This role will work directly with teams and key partners across Visas sales structure. The position requires the ability to apply strong analytical and critical thinking skills to solve business problems, and quickly arrive at recommendations that drive corporate priorities. OPERATIONS
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 days a week with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs. QualificationsBasic Qualifications Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 125,500.00 to 182,050.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
