We are seeking a Principal Data Scientist to enhance our strategic execution by employing advanced data science methodologies in experimental analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning to solve complex business-case based operational challenges and optimize processes.

Primary Responsibilities:

In this dynamic position, you will:



  • Work with cross-functional teams to align data science projects with business goals, ensuring impactful outcomes
  • Lead advanced data analysis to improve business outcomes and efficiency using predictive modeling and machine learning
  • Integrate data science techniques into operational processes, bolstering data-driven decision-making organization-wide
  • Mentor junior data scientists and analysts, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Keep updated on new data science technologies and methods, advocating for the adoption of innovative practices while aligning to enterprise data strategy

Required Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of data science experience solving operational issues using advanced statistical techniques and machine learning
  • Proven solid skills in statistical programming and data manipulation (Python, R), and complex database queries (SQL)
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate complex data science concepts to non-technical audiences



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience in operational data analysis, process optimization, and scalable data solutions
  • Leadership experience in data science project and team management
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
