Oracle Finance Developer

What You'll Do:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Oracle Financial Services Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the Oracle Financials applications suite. Your collaborative approach will involve working closely with business analysts, functional experts, and other IT teams to transform business requirements into robust technical solutions. As a key player in our organization, you'll contribute significantly to the efficiency of financial processes while ensuring that our systems align seamlessly with the needs of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within Oracle Financials modules, focusing on Fixed Assets.
• Performing data migration, validation, and reconciliation from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
• Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and compliance with financial regulations in all development activities.
• Perform data analysis, data modeling, and data mapping for effective integration with other enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain Oracle Financials reports using tools such as Oracle Reports and Oracle BI Publisher.
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization activities to enhance the efficiency of Oracle Financials processes.
• Lead data migration efforts, ensuring accurate and secure transfer of financial data.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions, configurations, and processes.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle Financials functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Oracle Financials solutions with overall business objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies, updates, and best practices.

Requirements:

• At least 5+ years of Oracle Financials experience (preferably Fixed Assets module)
• At least 3+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, preferably in a financial transformation project.
• Proven experience as an Oracle Financials Developer.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Cloud Applications.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
• Proficient in PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle Forms/Reports.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Relevant Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Financials Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist) would be a plus.
