Introduction to the job
Make a difference to the efficiency and profitability of the company by determining together with the HR line and business what the added value of actionable, data driven workforce insights in the several areas could be. To achieve this, you will be using your unique mix of technical, analytical, business acumen, creative and strong interpersonal skills to make the insights really actionable for the end-users. As People Analytics specialist at ASML, you will collect, compile, and analyze HR and workforce data and apply statistical / analytical models to derive actionable insights. In this way you support the HR line, business and other HR expertise areas to make clear recommendations related to for example recruitment, inclusion, rewards, workforce planning or retention. As the key specialist in the US market, you are responsible to translate the US needs to the possible people analytics solutions.
