Job Description
Key Role Description Responsible for all Materials Management and Warehouse ("MM/WH") activities and supervision of related personnel, including the Warehouse Lead. Acts as primary interface with the Supply Chain Leader and other support functions (IT, Finance, Safety and Legal) as well as with Stakeholders, including; Operations, Maintenance, Technical and Projects teams and Refinery/MIPC Leadership, regarding all MM/WH related matters. Role Specific Competencies At Monroe, we have identified eleven specific competencies we expect all leaders of our organization to possess.
