Position Summary The Financial Analyst II will provide financial reporting, analysis and decision support to both corporate & divisional departments as well as assist the overall FP&A department with consolidation, reporting, forecasting and analytics. Position Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports to Retail & Manufacturing functions

  • Prepare Actual vs. Budget/Forecast Variance analysis for these functions

  • Prepare monthly summary Sales, Gross Profit, Financial Statements, and other required month-end financial reports

  • Prepare Headcount and Capital Expenditure report

  • Coordinate with Accounting to provide answers to the financial inquiries from the functions

  • Create Budget and Forecast for the Retail & Manufacturing functions

  • Assist with potential market analysis by pulling demographic and sales data

  • Develop and maintain ad-hoc reports in Excel, TM1 and Tableau as needed

Qualifications

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B. S.) or equivalent from four-year college in accounting or finance. 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Experience in retail industry a plus. Accounting/GAAP knowledge (accruals, reversals). Strong foundation in accounting fundamentals. Consumer products, retail, or manufacturing experience a plus. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have strong experience with Microsoft Office including Office 365, TM1, Tableau, Alteryx, and AX. Advanced experience with Excel including Vlookup, Nested IF, Sumifs, Pivot Table, etc.

Position Hiring Range

The hiring pay range provides a guide for what we would reasonably pay for the position. Pay will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Living Spaces reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Pay is determined by various factors including market demand, applicable skills, work experience and education, location, company budget, and in-demand skill sets.

Compensation: $72,450.00 - $96,600.00

Retail, Guest Services, and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPI's.
