WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - THE ROLE

- Responsible for ensuring customers are receiving the service intended and identifying the reason a sale was not made.
- You will ask about identifiable interactions not opinions, to diffuse their resistance and suggest another in-home visit when applicable.
- Communication with homeowners to determine needs and communicate effectively.
- Set follow up appointments via outbound calls.
- Meet or exceed appointment setting and quality of goals within system guidelines.
- Handle every prospect, customer and co-worker with world class service.
- Enter data in to the system accurately.

- Excellent communication and phone/ computer skills

$75,000 - $85,000 a year
$18.5/hr PLUS an UNCAPPED monthly commission earning (reps make $75,000-$85,000+ per year)!
