ENSCO Avionics is looking for a DO-254 SME to further expand its technical expertise depth. Your responsibilities will include providing DO-254 guidance to our technical teams and customers, developing, maintaining, and presenting DO-254 related training, supporting proposal efforts, and providing technical contribution to multiple projects as needed.

* Minimum of 10 years of experience or equivalent
* Hands-on experience with all phases of DO-254
* Excellent interpersonal skills including working in team environments
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance
* Must be a U.S. Citizen Qualifications Desired * Experience with DO-178C
* Experience conducting training
* Experience with Project Management
