Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the seamless day-to-day operations and workflows of the Energy and Mobility Solutions unit.
  • Guide, hire, and nurture top-tier operational personnel, collaborating closely with senior leadership.
  • Champion operational excellence by recommending and integrating cutting-edge processes, technologies, and systems.
  • Align departmental decisions with TechFlow's overarching vision and business plan.
  • Deliver performance metrics and reports to company leadership, ensuring transparency and progress.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technically related field; master's degree is a plus.
  • 10+ years in energy and mobility with 5 years in a pivotal operational management role.
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory acumen.
  • Proficient understanding of operations best practices.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% within the United States
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance
