About The Opportunity

We are looking for a Leasing Manager to be accountable for sales and defined occupancy targets in 3 WeWork assets. This role drives new sales and renewals for WeWork offices of +10 person (300 RSF - 30K RSF) requirements. This full-time position reports to a Portfolio Director that is responsible for the broader Desert Mountain West Region.This self-driven and self-motivated candidate will partner with internal stakeholders and develop an outbound strategy in order to increase building occupancy while creating a great member experience. In this role, you will:

Direct Leasing:

  • Owning the full sales cycle for WeWork offices with new and existing members by fielding inbound leads, managing the existing pipeline, creating demand through external lead generation & prospecting and collaborating with internal partners

  • Utilizing creative sales strategies to win business and ensure the successful placement of new members

  • Structuring deals to optimize sales outcomes and understanding how different deal structures relate to WeWork's overall business objectives

Portfolio and Market Expertise:

  • Building a deep understanding of the local sub-market, inclusive of local attractions, parking, changing trends, nearby competitors, and pricing

  • Establishing a thorough understanding of the greater PHX startup & venture capital ecosystem

  • Maintaining a strong grasp of WeWork's physical spaces, value prop & platform

  • Creating and continuing relationships with members, potential new members, startup ecosystem leaders, commercial real estate brokers and key internal teams (e.g., Real Estate Advisory, Operations, Legal, and other Sales functions)

About You

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification

  • 3-5 years working experience (commercial real estate experience beneficial, not required)

  • The ability or willingness to learn WeWork data systems to produce reports on building, sub-market & market performance

  • Ability to establish and nurture internal key relationships (e.g. Community, Inside Sales, etc.)

  • Proficiency in Salesforce a plus, not required

  • Quick learner and excited to take in the real estate industry

  • Strong interpersonal skills and presence

  • Entrepreneurial & resilient mindset

Compensation & Benefits

WeWork employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan specific to their role which sets forth the terms of the variable incentive pay and target earnings described above. Your recruiter will detail what incentive plan is applicable to this specific role. WeWork incentive plans are subject to the terms of the applicable incentive compensation plan, which will be made available to you after commencing employment. WeWork reserves the right to amend its incentive plans, and nothing in this job requisition or any other document creates a right to a specific incentive plan payment.

Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for comprehensive benefits (subject to the terms of applicable plans/policies/agreements, which will be made available to you after commencing employment), including 20 days of PTO, approximately 10 paid holidays, 80 hours of paid sick leave, 16 weeks paid parental leave, competitive healthcare benefits, 401K plan, Life & AD&D insurance.
