Inside Sales Representative

Position Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for engaging customers through multiple remote channels to promote brand messaging. Develop and maintain relationships with targeted accounts by engaging in dialogue that is relevant and meaningful. Willing to cover multiple time zones.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily sales call activity according to defined expectations, with the purpose of educating on disease state and Product.
  • On behalf of Harmony, educate on disease state and Product via outbound telephone calls or virtual engagements:
  • Engage assigned HCPs targets in in-depth program discussions to attain individual, territory, and company goals.
  • Profile and manage targeted list of HCPs and provide disease state education and Product.
  • Create and implement business plans to achieve territory and business goals.
  • Effectively and persuasively communicate with customers using effective selling, listening and negotiation skills, proper terminology and approved messaging.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of Harmony disease state and program:
  • Ensure clear, concise and accurate communication of program information with target audiences using proper terminology.
  • Adhere to approved direction related to disease state and Product promotion.
  • Verify and complete required data entry in Harmony CRM systems, such as details of the target's responses and any follow-through actions.
  • Listen and respond appropriately to customer needs and questions.
  • Communicate with the Senior Sales Leader, team members and Consultant on project's progress, as required.
  • Create and maintain a positive impression with Harmony and Harmony's customers.
  • Prepare reports for management as needed.
  • Fully comply with all laws, regulations and Consultant Policies, Code of Conduct, all privacy and data guidelines and relevant state and federal laws and regulations.
  • Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions.
  • Perform special projects and assignments as directed by the Program Leadership.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Pharmaceutical sales experience required
  • 3+ years of experience in Specialty Pharmaceuticals preferred
  • Inside Sales experience preferred
  • Scientific acumen required
  • Hematology, Oncology, or Rare Disease experience is a plus
  • HUB Sales Experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong focus on providing customer with superior support and service
  • Strong rapport building skills and active listening skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
