Clinical Research Coordinator MED-ZSFG-HMON Full Time 73236BR Job Summary Housed in the UCSF Hematology-Oncology Division at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital the Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) will perform independently or with general direction to execute, manage, and coordinate a diverse portfolio of cancer research activities, which may include multicenter clinical trials (both NIH and industry-sponsored), local investigator-initiated clinical trials, and/or programmatic clinical research activities, such as a clinical database and biorepository. Under PI and Research Manager guidance, this position will coordinate the data collection and operations of several concurrent studies under the guidelines of research protocols and ZSFG, UCSF and regulating agency policies. Working closely with the UCSF Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center, the incumbent will help coordinate the opening, management, and data reporting for studies that are open at both sites. To see the salary range for this position (we recommend that you make a note of the job code and use that to look up): Please note: The compensation ranges listed online for roles not covered by a bargaining unit agreement are very wide, however a job offer will typically fall in the range of 80% - 120% of the established mid-point. An offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate AND the current salary level of individuals working at UCSF in a similar role. For roles covered by a bargaining unit agreement, there will be specific rules about where a new hire would be placed on the range. To learn more about the benefits of working at UCSF, including total compensation, please visit: Department Description The UCSF Hematology-Oncology Division at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital (ZSFG) is dedicated to excellence in learning, teaching, research and providing comprehensive, compassionate care to all patients with cancer and blood disorders. The division's activities include providing specialty care to outpatients in the clinic and on the inpatient medical wards, clinical and policy research on vulnerable populations, and clinical & multi-disciplinary teaching of medical students, residents, and fellows.
