Seneca Global Services, LLC is seeking a Test Engineer lll in Orlando, FL. This position will be part of a multi-disciplinary Integrated Product Team (IPT) in Orlando, FL providing engineering support and oversight to Developmental, Operational, and Cybersecurity test (DT/OT/CT) activities on the Persistent Cyber Training Environment (PCTE) platform. The ideal candidate for this role must be comfortable working in a transparent, collaborative team environment and possess outstanding communication, leadership, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



  • Assist the Government in the overall oversight of program platform system functionality as it applies to Infrastructure, Application Programming Interface (APIs), continuous integration / continuums delivery (CI/CD), Middleware, and Enterprise Services.
  • Responsible for renewing and coordinating the details for the program Interconnection Security Agreement
  • Receive direction from the PdM CRT Chief Integration Officer, decompose into tasks and recommend assignees.
  • Ensure the program RCS access to the JMN & JIOR Node are operational and oversee the quality assurance and control check of the RCS during each phase of the build out and prior to government acceptance.
  • Track and report status for DT/OT/CT tasks to the Chief Integration Officer on a regular basis. Attending and provide approval on behalf of the government during critical program meetings.
  • Assist Test Product Officers and the PdM CRT Chief Integration Officer to identify and implement improvements for DT/OT/CT processes.
  • Assist Test POs in deconflicting testing schedules with Development, Operations, and JCTE team schedules.
  • Provide expertise as the technical engineer to the Infrastructure Senior Officer in preparation for all RCS deployments.
  • Work with other project teams and conduct site surveys and implementation plans to ensure program platform transitions from one location to another occur according to schedule.
  • Design and develop highly complex test programs, processes, and systems to measure the functionality and integrity of systems.
  • Assist with the design and building of test scenarios.
  • Write advanced highly complex test procedures and protocols to assess system reliability and evaluates the ability of systems to meet performance standards and specifications.
  • Monitor the gathering of test data and assist with the evaluation of test results to determine if system designs and architecture meets specifications and performance expectations.
  • Develop advanced highly complex test simulations to evaluate how systems react under different conditions and analyzes system failure to assess the integrity and reliability of system performance.
  • Define debug protocols for test hardware and software.
  • Analyze test cases and scenarios and reports results.
  • Collaborate with other engineering groups to improve or upgrade system performance.
  • Provide technical advice to other organizations and leadership.
  • Interact with the customer to assist with the establishment of priorities and report on status of work.
  • Lead a team and/or supervise others; provides guidance to less experienced staff as needed.


Basic Qualifications:



  • Top Secret (TS)
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited college/university
  • 10 Years relevant experience in Software Engineering, IT and/or Cybersecurity
  • Possess interpersonal skills as they will work across organizational departments to develope, integrate, and test program baseline configurations.
  • Strong understanding of systems architecture, complex test procedures, writing unit tests, and familiarity with Agile principles.
  • Has demonstrated experience successfully collaborating with others in a dynamic, fast-paced, pressured environment.
  • Ability to transform imprecise specifications into pragmatic solutions by working with diverse stakeholder.
  • Relevant experience can be substituted in lieu of education requirements.
