THE POSITION The Department of Corrections is looking for a highly driven individual who possesses professional experience in manufacturing, financial planning, service industry, and sales and marketing to oversee the Correctional Industries operations. DESCRIPTION OF WORK This position is responsible for directing all aspects of the Bureau of Correctional Industries to include operations, financial management, sales and marketing. In addition, you will provide supervision to all staff and activities within the bureau.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment.
- Work hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:- Six years experience in manufacturing processes, including three years of experience in management functions; and a bachelor's degree, with major course work in industrial engineering, business administration, industrial arts, vocational education, or industrial education; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
Additional Requirements: - You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Preferred Qualifications (not required):- Experience in manufacturing processes.
- Experience in manufacturing management.
- Experience developing and maintaining an operating budget.
- Experience in Corrections or Correctional Industries.
