Great Hill Solutionsis seeking a full-time CARE Staff Administrator in the DC Metropolitan area.

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:



  • Assist and facilitate the effective and efficient accomplishment of mission tasks, business functions/activities, and daily operations.
  • Email calendar invites and arrange meeting locations, audio lines, and other audiovisual support as required.
  • Draft detailed meeting minutes to accurately reflect meeting attendance, activities and discussions.
  • Review, analyze, edit, and ensure full coordination of documents for customer review and input and track documents in the Agency document tracking system as directed.
  • Assist with briefing preparations, travel arrangements, records management, office management to include services and supplies, and greeting and referring customers to appropriate staff.
  • Respond to queries from employees and managers in the form of correspondence, electronic mail, workbooks and/or presentations.


Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience considered in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of related experience in management role, ideally for a call center or other
  • Customer service environment.
  • Demonstrated success working in an environment with many differentcompanies/partners and stakeholders.
  • Ability to follow established practices and procedures in analyzing situations ordata from which answers can be readily obtained.
  • Receive predetermined work assignments that are subject to a moderate level of control and review.
  • Ability to identify training needs and development opportunities for subordinates.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and a high level of confidentiality.
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must be SECRET clearance eligible
