POSITION SUMMARY:
Renewal by Andersen is adding a Retail Service Representative III to our Orange County team in Laguna Hills! The role's main responsibilities are to schedule installations and to maintain an open line of communication with homeowners regarding any installation-related issues or changes. We are looking for an accomplished, driven candidate to help perfect our customers' experience in upgrading their homes.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Serve as a primary contact for scheduling customer installations. Develop trust with homeowners and assist with problem-solving.
  • Responds to complex or escalated customer inquires.
  • Makes decisions and allocations regarding matters within the area of specialization, usually with manager consultation and approval.
  • Gathers and complies data; performs complex calculations; analyzes data and prepares reports.
  • Provides training and guidance to team members; assists them in developing their knowledge, skill and relationships with their primary customers/delivery partners.
  • Identifies and recommends process improvements; implements solutions with approval of management.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent plus 4 years experience to include customer service work.
  • Evidence of continued education required, degree or certification preferred.
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Advanced phone etiquette, verbal and writing skills, including customer resolution, to handle challenging customers and de-escalate the situation.
  • Experience training and coaching others.
  • Strong decision making and negotiation skills.
NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience writing work process documentation.
  • Informal team leader.

SALARY INFORMATION:
The hourly pay rate for this position ranges from $23.14 - $28.35. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package in during the hiring process. In addition to your pay, Andersen Corporation current offers benefits such as comprehensive health benefits, 401k contribution, paid time off, eight paid standard holidays plus two floating holidays, a robust employee well-being program, as well as profit-sharing (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
In 2023, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
