Full Stack Software Engineer

The Opportunity:

We need an experienced full-stack developer who will use their passion to guide a development team to learn new tools and techniques, identify and implement system improvements, and mentor teammates. This is an opportunity to solve problems in national security by collaborating with a development team to build a mission-critical data analytics application with a user-centric design. You'll coordinate UI and UX designers and data engineers to create a seamless user experience using JavaScript frameworks like Vue, Angular, and React. Your team will ensure accessibility for all users by developing a front end that functions across browsers, platforms, and devices while meeting accessibility and security requirements. With mentoring, positive code reviews, and opportunities to learn new tools and skills, we focus on growing as a team to make the best solutions for our customers. You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience with programming and software development
  • Experience with Java
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services development
  • Experience componentizing large-scale production applications
  • Experience architecting software solutions based on customer requirements
  • Experience designing and implementing automated build and deployment pipelines and supporting platform
  • Experience troubleshooting and supporting enterprise applications, while maintaining 24/7 availability
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
