The Opportunity:

As an expert in defense missions, your unique background inspires you to think bigger, push further, and ask questions others don't. We need your extensive industry knowledge and advisory skills to solve some of our clients' most complex problems-and find solutions that keep our nation safe. As a communications and network expert, you'll bring your analytic skills and operational expertise to work alongside thought leaders in the military requirements. You'll use your skills and expertise to guide the work we do in the communications environment and the solutions we deliver for military missions, defense planning, and national security.

Work with us to collaborate with Echelon-I resource sponsors, System Command program managers, Fleet Type Commanders, and Cross Functional Teams (CFT) to assess Naval Operational Architecture (NOA) programs and systems mapping to Distributed Maritime Operations capabilities.You will also provide recommendations, guidance, and support to the advancement of NOA and Joint All Domain Command and Control (JADC2), including analyze and review data, progress reports, and exercise and experiment reports.You will analyze extremely complex problems and develop highly innovative solutions while engaging in onsite project coordination with technical leads and NOA and JADC2 stakeholders concerning Radio frequency and Cyber and Networking communications and operations. You will develop recommendations to solve communication and cyber challenges for Contested Environments against robust pacing threats from foreign entities. You served your country as a communications expert, now further your career while creating mission-forward solutions that matter.

You Have:

* 7+ years of experience with Radio Frequency Communications Systems at sea or ashore, including MOC, NCTS, or NCTAMS

* 3+ years of experience with U.S. Navy Cyber and Network Operations

* 3+ years of experience with Joint or Coalition military operations

* 2+ years of experience at Echelon III or higher command

* 2+ years of experience with NOA and JADC2 capabilities

* Knowledge of staff relationships and decision-making processesat the Echelon-I or Echelon-II command level

* TS/SCI clearance

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, or Management Information Systems

Nice If You Have:

* 4+ years of experience with Navy Combat Systems operation

* Experience in working with and supporting Distributed Maritime Operations

* Experience with Project Overmatch

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
