Field Service Technician

Summary:

The Mobile Technician will be responsible for completing repairs on engines and chassis products in the field.

Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Complete repairs on engines and chassis products in the field
  • Develop rich customer relations and ensure prompt and efficient attention to customer demands
  • Comply with customer onsite policies and procedures to complete repairs including preparing required parts and tools
  • Assist with required documentation, such as work completed, warranty claims and parts orders
  • Complete training for business requirements



Minimum Qualifications:



  • Technician experience, qualified to perform work on most or all of products in-scope for a technician at this dealer
  • Complex diagnosis and repair
  • Work with minimal to no supervision
  • Effectively train and guide less experienced technicians
  • Effective customer service skills, self-motivated, responsible with strong work ethic
  • Locally valid driver licenses
  • CDL preferred but not required
  • Must be a minimum 21 years of age
