Senior Product Manager

You will be part of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops product manager team focusing on providing image and application delivery across various cloud and on-prem virtualization platforms. This is one of key ingredients to deliver Citrix Workspace promise - anytime, anywhere and on any device.

The primary focus of this position is to bridge the technical and business world, manages activities from product requirements documents, use-case development, to planning and execution throughout product lifecycle. You will collaborate with customers, partners, sales, engineering, design, marketing, and other supporting business units to grow the business for Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops offerings

* Work with external customers and internal stakeholders to drive innovation to support Citrix DaaS/CVAD vision and to enable key sales targets

* You will drive and be responsible for the product requirements process while working collaboratively with key stakeholders to identify, prioritize and validate technology, features, product direction and strategy. Work closely across different product teams to align with the product strategy and priorities.

* Will lead implementation for a defined subset or portion of end-to-end product strategies, track product development, and develop product launch plans

* Will execute process and lifecycles, and clearly communicate to stakeholders throughout the product group organization.

* You will conduct market validation activities as advised, such as customer prospect interviews and market analysis, as part of planning new features or offers.

* Handle short-term focused market and customer research regarding product acceptance, usage and success and integrate results directly into the product planning activities.

* Experience with Citrix products

* Have experience with or knowledge of App and Desktop Virtualization technologies.

* Have working experience with SaaS and IaaS (Cloud - Preferably Public Clouds)

* Have experience with planning and management of product life cycle, agile development

* Have experience documenting research findings, market analysis and product requirements for both technical and non-technical audiences

* Have working experience in making pitches to wide ranging audiences, internal and external, via webinars, training sessions / seminars, and customer visits. Excellent communication skills and presentation skills

* Master of Business Administration (MBA) program
