As a Senior ServiceNow Solutions Engineer you'll build, maintain and refine high performance, scalable systems through your expertise in development, infrastructure and product discussions from conception to completion. You drive recommendations on how to imagine, develop and launch solutions with transformative power. From digital and cloud solutions to original and developing technology products and services, you will address challenges at their core. You will develop products, services and experiences that disrupt markets, generate value and positively impact millions of lives. "I am the person Capital Group is looking for." You have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field You have a minimum of 7 years of engineering experience with an expertise across the ServiceNow platform (e.g., ITSM, GRC, HAM, ITOM, SecOps) and integration technologies (e.g., Import Set, Flow Designer and IntegrationHub) Your expertise includes mature knowledge in one or more of the following: JavaScript, SN UI concepts, Angular, HTML, CSS, and other languages/structural programming concepts You're an active leader/contributor of best practices, standards, and thought leadership related to the ServiceNow platform health and a passion for mentorship You've demonstrated success driving process optimization, efficiencies and productivity using automation in the ServiceNow platform (e.g., Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Orchestration, etc.) You have an innate strength for advanced problem-solving and analytical thinking skills You demonstrate the ability to work iteratively. You continually test assumptions and prototypes to create effective solutions and constantly improve and adapt in changing circumstances You understand the processes and alternative strategies for data creation, collection, transformation, validation, storage and output You design/develop/deploy solutions with business insights, analytics and reporting in mind" Southern California Base Salary Range: $140,995-$225,592 In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
