PURPOSE: The senior specialist, corporate communications, will be responsible for helping to create and execute enterprise communications programs to inform, engage and align employees and enhance and protect the Andersen brand. The individual in this role will craft timely, engaging and channel-specific internal and external communications, utilizing a variety of content formats (intranet content for web and mobile, digital signage, blogs, media pitches, etc.). The position will be responsible for daily management of the intranet to ensure consistent communications to all 13,000 employees, who we view as our greatest brand ambassadors. The senior specialist will also be responsible for adapting certain content for external audiences via digital and social content. Strong writing skills, creative storytelling and an omni-channel approach are required. RESPONSIBILITIES: Content Strategy & Development

In 2023, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
