Senior Engineer, IT

Enterprise Engineering - Endpoint Systems is the team responsible for the global corporate endpoint computing environment for all ICE, Inc. and subsidiary companies. This position is charged with defining future strategies with modern endpoint management, implementing security best practices and automation of processes. This position requires technical proficiency with a range of enterprise tools, an eager attitude, professionalism, and solid communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Microsoft Intune - Experience with modernization strategies, Zero touch provisioning via Autopilot, Policy management, Mobile management, MSGraph and log analytics.
• AD/AAD - Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Azure AD.
• Desktop Management Systems - Experience with building and managing desktop management infrastructure using tools such as Altiris or Microsoft SCCM.
• Application Packaging - Experience with packaging custom and third-party applications for distribution. Experience with Flexera Admin Studio and PSADT a plus.
• Scripting - Advanced knowledge of PowerShell for management and automation is required. Should be comfortable performing tasks from the command line.

Desirable Knowledge and Experience

• 5 years of experience working with Endpoint Management systems
• College degree in Engineering, MIS, CIS, or related discipline preferred.
• Familiarity in creating test, migration, and delivery plans for delivering software and security policies globally.
• Familiarity with Service Now and Change/Incident Management practices. (ITIL Framework)
• Experience in the Financial Services industry a plus.

Schedule

This role offers work from home flexibility of up to 2 days per week.
